The Chrono Edition, SRC Lancia Delta S4 is a highly detailed, high quality race tuned 1/32nd scale, Ready to Run (RTR) Competition slot car with race tuned chassis. The Race Tuned Competition chassis features performance Parts, Belt driven 4 Wheel drive, with calibrated axles and Aluminium wheels (front and rear). The race chassis is fitted with a large swivel guide, and soft racing tyres. This Car is also supplied with a Lightweight Lexan Interior, Antenna, Exhaust, Turbo Part, Hubcaps and Traction Pulleys and Belt.

History

The Lancia Delta S4 was built to compete in the Group B Rally Competition along with the the Audi Quattro and Peugeot 205 Turbo 16. The ‘S’ stood for supercharged, and ‘4’ for the number of drive wheels. The debut of the Car, in the 1985 Rally Rac, was a real triumph, with Henri Toivonen victorious in front of his Team Mate Markku Alen.
