The Revo Slot Mercedes CLK GTR is a Race Ready, High Performance, Ready to Run Slot Car.
With a Black Anodised, CNC Aluminium Chassis, Aluminium Axle Carriers and Motor Mounts with Aluminium wheels Front and Rear. There are Ball Bearings fitted to both front and rear axles, Floating Body Mount System, and a Spring Swivel Guide. The Mercedes CLK GTR is supplied with a Traction Magnet (not fitted), and a Deep Guide Blade for Routed Wooden Tracks.

All Revo Slot Car Chassis are Designed and Developed by BRM. They Perform well and
are well supported with a full range of Replacement and Upgrade parts available. A Parts Manual is included with each Car.

History

The Mercedes-Benz CLK GTR (W297) is a race car designed and developed by Mercedes Benz in collaboration with AMG, to compete in the, then new FIA GT Championship series in 1997. The Mercedes Benz CLK GTR was designed primarily as a Race car, with the production of Road Cars necessary to meet homologation requirements for racing. The Mercedes Benz CLK GTR performed well and competed successfully in 1997, The Race car was then modified in 1998 for Le Mans and Renamed the CLK LM. The project finally ended 1999 when the car was replaced by the Mercedes Benz CLR Le Mans Prototype.

Revo Slot

The Revo Slot Car Company was formed in partnership with BRM, with the aim of producing High Quality 1/32 Scale Slotcars for the Racer or Enthusiast.

The BRM developed chassis consists of a, CNC Aluminium Chassis with a floating body mount system. The chassis is fitted with Aluminium Axle Carriers and Motor Mounts with Aluminium wheels Front and Rear. The car is also supplied with Ball Bearings fitted front and rear with a Spring Swivel Guide. A deep guide for wooden routed tracks is also supplied with the Car.
