RS0179 Revo Slot Ferrari F333SP Giesse Marlboro #5 – 24hr Le Mans 1998

The Revo Slot Ferrari F333 SP is a Race Ready, High Performance, Ready to Run Slot Car.
With a Black Anodised, CNC Aluminium Chassis, Aluminium Axle Carriers and Motor Mounts and Aluminium wheels Front and Rear. There are Ball Bearings fitted to both Front and Rear axles, Floating Body Mount System, and a Spring Swivel Guide. The Ferrari 333SP is supplied with a Traction Magnet (not fitted), and a Deep Guide Blade for Routed Wooden Tracks.

Chassis developed by BRM

All Revo Slot Car Chassis’ are Designed and Developed by BRM. They Perform well and
are well supported with a full range of Replacement and Upgrade parts available. A Parts Manual is included with each Car.

The Rear Wing is attached to the body of the car magnetically. This allows the Wing to be detached from the car in an accident, and then easily reattached to the car.

The Revo Slot Cars are very well designed and constructed, with excellent paint finish and tampo printing. They perform well and are great to drive. They have rapidly become very popular among Racers and Enthusiasts a like.

History

The Ferrari F333 SP is a sports prototype race car that was built by Italian race car manufacturer Dallara, and later by Michelotto to compete in the World Sports Car championship for Ferrari.

The Ferrari 333 SP was unveiled at the end of 1993, at the behest of amateur racer Giampiero Moretti (owner of the MOMO auto parts business), the 333 SP marked Ferrari's official return to sports car racing after a 20-year absence. The car was built to compete in the IMSA's new WSC class, which replaced the previous GTP cars.
