71590 Carrera Electronic Lap Counter

The Carrera Multifunction Electronic Lap Counter can accurately time laps to 1/100th of a Second. And can be setup for Timed Races of 1sec to 99min, or Lap Races from 1 – 999 Laps. Races are started with a Start Light sequence with Audio, and will detect jumped starts. The cars are detected using an Infrared light barrier as the car passes under the Bridge. The Electronic Lap Counter is powered by 4 AA Batteries and can be positioned anywhere on the track. It has width adjustable, legs so that it can be adjusted to fit across, 1/43 Carrera Go, 1/32 and 1/24 Carrera Evolution Track and also for Scalextric, SCX and Ninco Track.
